THE STUDIO
How I build
AI-native production systems for original franchise IP — and the delivery architecture that gets it shipped.
I spent twenty-six years delivering to broadcast spec before I built anything with these tools. That's the part most AI studios are missing. I co-founded SuperFlix Labs in 2025 to develop mythic, genre and anime-inspired story worlds for multi-platform expansion, built on pipelines that pair generative tools with broadcast-grade craft.
THE PROBLEM I WORK ON
The interesting question was never whether these tools can make images. It's whether what comes out survives a QC check — and what production architecture gets it there.
Generative output fails broadcast delivery for unglamorous reasons: colour space drift, inconsistent frame rates, loudness that won't pass spec, artefacts that survive compression, continuity that breaks across a cut. These aren't model problems. They're pipeline problems, and they're solved the same way they've always been solved — by someone who has delivered to National Geographic, Discovery and Prime Video across five languages, and knows what a rejection looks like.
THE HYBRID PIPELINE
Where the tools sit, and where they don't. Nothing here removes a decision-maker from the chain.

LOCALISED ANIME
Mythologies that aren't Japanese, built the way anime is built.
Anime is a production system as much as a style — and that system can carry a mythology it wasn't designed for. Saudi Arabia has proved this works. India hasn't tried it at franchise scale.
My approach is a dual track: Japanese studios for creative oversight and distribution credibility, with IP retained in India. It's a co-production structure before it's a creative one — which is exactly why most Indian animation never travels.
Proof
A fully AI-generated music video, shipped
Produced in 2025, when the tools were considerably worse than they are now. Not a test, not a showreel — a finished, delivered piece produced entirely through a generative pipeline.
Watch →Five-language delivery, two platforms
Vadakkan released theatrically across five languages and delivered to Prime Video, Aha and Apple TV — dubbing, subtitling and editorial adjustment managed through to platform acceptance.
Two seasons, created and directed
Money Mafia — a discovery+ Original and the platform's first true crime series in India, now streaming across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Dell XPS Youniverse Creators
Fifteen industry awards — 6 Gold, 4 Silver, 5 Bronze — across E4M Play, ET Spot, EMVIES, Big Bang, afaqs, MMA Smarties and IMPACT. One of the most-awarded branded content campaigns in the Indian market.
